ROTEL EXTENDS WARRANTY TO 5 YEARS FOR NEW ZEALAND
There's excellent news for fans of Rotel. Rotel is boosting its parts, and labour warranty, effective for models sold in New Zealand from October 2018 by authorised retails to a whopping five years!
A step up from its existing 3-years warranty, it's a sign of the dependability and reliability of Rotel, and the confidence Rotel's New Zealand importer, Interdyn, has in the brand.
Interdyn has a long-standing relationship as the distributor of Rotel that extends beyond 50 years. According to Tom Meads, the NZ Country Manager for Interdyn, both companies share many core values, from the family-owned corporate structure to its support and long-term view in business.
It's this ongoing dedication to industry-leading quality while maintaining family-owned attention to detail that makes us so proud to support Rotel, and that's why we've decided to boost our warranty provision. Rotel customers can be assured they're investing in a long-term solution, backed by a long-term partnership.
Rotel's Chief Technical Officer, Daren Orth, visited Interdyn's Australian and New Zealand offices, while also touring some of the specialst retailers. This visit cemented the long-standing relationship and view to the future, confirming the five-year's warranty extension.
Authorised Rotel partners in New Zealand include Paul Money Hi-Fi (Auckland), Eastern Hi-Fi (Tauranga), and The Listening Post (Wellington and Christchurch).
Good news indeed for Rotel's fans.
