ATC CDA2 Mk2 CD Preamplifier DAC Now Roon Tested

ATC's CDA2 Mk2 is the British company's CD player/ DAC pre-amplifier designed as the ideal partner for the Gloucestershire-based audio firm's P2 power amp and active speaker designs.
Roon's QA Team has given the UK made CDA2 Mk2 its seal of approval which adds yet more functionality to the component in addition to its USB access to up to 24/384kHz PCM/Quad DSD high-resolution music streaming, CD transport and 32-bit DAC. Oh, there's also dedicated headphone amplification, too.
The ATC CDA2 Mk2 also features an all-discrete class-A pre-amplifier with balanced and unbalanced outputs. You can also add components via its two analogue inputs via RCA/phono and one via 3.5mm mini-jack.
Roon is a rich and engaging way to browse, organise, and listen to music and has recently been upgraded to version 1.8, which makes the user experience even more intuitive and immersive.
Roon also links your network-stored library with the millions of tracks available on TIDAL and Qobuz and runs on most Mac, Windows, and Linux PCs as a server, with an Android or iOS smartphone/tablet used as a control point.
The ATC CDA2 Mk2 is available now for $5,450 RRP.
