These albums present as brand new and hence they are not your normal flea market / swap meet bargains. If you have invested in your equipment, particularly highend phono cartridges then these really are value for money. They are the original quality pressings, unlike some of the poor quality newer pressings available today. Item: U2 Rattle & Hum double LP Location: Perth WA Item Condition: As new - 10/10 Reason for selling: Not used. Price: $50.00 Payment Method: Pickup - Cash or bank transfer. Extra Info: Purchase brand new in 1988 and played once - I'm not a U2 fan. Item: Elton John Goodbye Yellow Brick Road double LP Location: Perth WA Item Condition: As new 10/10 Reason for selling: Not used Price: $50.00 Payment Method: Pickup - Cash or bank transfer. Extra Info: Purchased new in 1986, played once and recorded on tape, which I then listended to in the car - great album! Treated with LAST record cleaner and preservative treatment. Item: Bruce Springsteen - The River double LP, Born to Run double LP & Born In the USA. Location: Perth WA Item Condition: As New 10/10 Reason for selling: Not used Price: $80.00 Payment Method: Pickup - Cash or bank transfer. Extra Info: All 3 LP's purchased between 1985 & 1987 new. Both double LP's treated with LAST. Born to Run played once, Born USA played a couple of times and The River played half a dozen times. All were recorded and listened to in the car. Double Lp's treated with LAST. Item: The Rolling Stones - Rewind 1971 - 1984, Rolled Gold double LP, Dirty Work & Mick Jagger - She's The Boss Location: Perth WA Item Condition: As New 10/10 Reason for selling: Not used Price: $80.00 Payment Method: Pickup - Cash or bank transfer. Extra Info: All 3 LP's purchased new in 1986. All were recorded and listened to in the car, played once. Item: John Lennon - The John Lennon Collection. Location: Perth WA Item Condition: As New 10/10 Reason for selling: Not used Price: $35.00 Payment Method: Pickup - Cash or bank transfer. Extra Info: Purchased new about 1985, played once as I didn't get into it. I will post at the buyers expense and will only charge what it costs me. Peter_F Posted September 16, 2009 Author Share Posted September 16, 2009 To post 3 x LP's to Adelaide is $11.30 Postage + $1.90 PostPAK + $2.80 Registered Mail = $16.00. I have been using the Australia Post PostPAK padded envelopes. I place a piece of stiff cardboard on either side of the LP(s) and use 4 elastic bands to hold it firmly together then slide them into the PostPAK. I have posted a few now with no complaints.
